Teddey graduated from UMBC in 1999 with a degree in Sociology. She has worked in real estate in an administrative capacity since she was 13. She joined her mother, Linda, at RE/MAX Columbia in 1998, and became a full-time employee when her sister, Courtney, also joined the business in 1999.

Teddey has special expertise in marketing, advertising and promotion, and her skills support the clients of Odum Group. She also handles office management, and has property management experience.

Teddey is married and lives in Ellicott City with her husband, kids, and pets.
